Compliments, sugestions and complaints
The legal regime applicable to the complaints book, established in Decree-Law No. 156/2005, of September 15, and successive amendments, was subject to a new review through Decree-Law No. 74/2017, of June 21 , which entered on July 1, 2017.
On the same date, Decree 201-A / 2017, of 30 June, also came into force, which came to define, in addition to the physical complaints book model, the electronic format of the complaints book, its edition, price, supply and distribution to suppliers of goods and service providers, which can be purchased from the National Press Casa da Moeda.
